What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service
• Assist with product information, registration support, and service inquiries
• Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, and providing minor concessions
• Create, update, and retrieve owner records for complaints and resolutions
• Proactively provide feedback to improve training processes and materials

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
• Strong initiative and ability to resolve owner issues with in-depth knowledge of processes
• High degree of concentration and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with web-based systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
