Great reputed company to Work® Most Loved Workplace® reputed company Best-in-State Employer Property Claims Associate Trainee | Remote PRIMARY PURPOSE: To process uncomplicated commercial and personal lines property claims reputed company designated authority. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS And RESPONSIBILITIES • Processes uncomplicated personal and commercial line property claims and ensures claim files are properly documented and coded correctly based on the policy. • Maintains action plans to ensure state required contact deadlines are met and to move the file towards reputed company and appropriate resolution; escalates issues as needed. • Identifies and pursues subrogation opportunities; secures and disposes of salvage. • Communicates claim action/processing with insured, client and agent or broker reputed company appropriate. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS And RESPONSIBILITIES • Performs other duties as assigned. • Supports the organization's quality program(s). • Travels as required.

Qualifications

Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Licenses as required. Experience One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims industry experience preferred. Knowledge of construction basics a plus.
