Remote Call Center Representative

Position Overview: As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you'll handle a high volume of outbound calls, averaging 60 to 80 per hour, following a structured script. You'll also assist inbound inquiries from customers seeking insurance quotes. Matching callers with suitable Insurance Companies, you'll reputed company in a dynamic environment, meeting, and exceeding targets with strong communication... skills. Location: This is a remote position; however, candidates must reputed company in MS or TN. and be available to work during the hours of M-F 6a-9p and occasional Saturdays in the Central Time Zone.
