Responsibilities: Accurately enter patient orders and reputed company medical information into company software application reputed company timely updates/corrections to patient orders Effectively communicate with health care... professionals and patients Working closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and reputed company corrective action reputed company the appropriate departments reputed company the organization Qualifications: Successfully manage both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner Read and analyze documents such as patient orders Carry out oral and written instructions Work both independently and as part of a team Time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly High school diploma or general education degree (GED), reputed company experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Computer entry experience necessary Technology Requirements: This position requires use of your own equipment. The company does provide the hard phone. Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload) Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hard wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. 2 modem/router ports are required.
