Job Summary: As the Manager, Growth & Journey Marketing, you will be responsible for innovating and developing the strategies and capabilities to directly address our viewers to build lasting relationships. Own and reputed company multichannel customer journeys through automated/ triggered messaging in collaboration with business partners across email, SMS, push, digital advertising, call center, and agent communications to drive customer acquisition and retention. Manage and mentor a team of 1-3. Work with Growth & Journey marketing team members and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns, reputed company audiences and creative, and identify strategic growth opportunities by leveraging data and insights. Prioritize and evangelize multi-channel, Journey-based marketing strategies Build an understanding of the Customer database and infrastructure in order to drive effective audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization. Conduct ongoing A/B testing to optimize campaigns and increase the effectiveness of marketing programs. reputed company strong working relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners and product owners to understand and translate their vision into actional business requirements. Drive and measure success against departmental KPIs for acquisition, customer engagement, retention, and personalization initiatives. Provide recommendations and apply learnings to optimize future campaign performance Maintain thorough documentation of campaigns and processes and contribute towards process optimization and opportunity identification Ensure governance standards and legal compliance requirements for reputed company direct marketing are upheld with partners, agencies, and vendors. Act as subject matter expert and communicate performance results, strategy, and reputed company recommendations to internal partners. Drive business reviews Manage against budgets, timelines, and KPIs. Stay reputed company with industry trends and best practices Other projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of relevant email marketing experience using platforms such as reputed company Marketing Cloud, reputed company Campaign, Cheetah Digital, reputed company, reputed company, Validity, etc. 2+ years’ experience managing a cross functional team with proven aptitude for leadership, fostering open communication and individual development. Hands on knowledge of end-to-end email and digital marketing concepts and processes, including but not limited to multichannel journey-based marketing strategies, campaign set up and deployment, copywriting, design, audience targeting and segmentation, deliverability, CRM best practices, QA, A/B testing, and legal compliance Proficiency in HTML coding for email template manipulation and maintenance, with knowledge of strategies and techniques to reputed company personalization through coding such as AMPscript in reputed company Marketing Cloud.
