Job Description

Summary: This position will be responsible... for designing, testing, and refining prompts to optimize the performance of reputed company’s generative AI models. This position will work closely with stakeholders to reputed company effective prompts that align with business objectives and enhance the quality of AI-generated content. Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. reputed company Design and Development Create and optimize prompts for various generative AI models to improve output quality and relevance. Experiment with different reputed company structures and parameters to reputed company desired results. Continuously iterate on prompts based on feedback and performance metrics. Workflow Design and Development Design and reputed company AI-driven workflows using Power Automate, or other tools, to automate reputed company business processes. Integrate AI services (such as natural language processing, machine learning, and other AI tools) into Power Automate, or other tools, workflows. 3. Collaboration and Training Work closely with various departments to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes. Provide training and support to team members on the use of AI-driven workflows and Power Automate, or other AI tools. Act as a subject matter expert on AI and automation technologies reputed company the organization. 4. Research and Innovation Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and reputed company engineering techniques. Conduct research to explore new methodologies and approaches for reputed company optimization. Implement best practices and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. 5. Evaluation and Analysis Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models with different prompts. Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of prompts and identify areas for improvement. Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on analysis and findings. 6. Other duties as assigned Additional Job Description: Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology or reputed company field AND a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in AI, with at least six (6) months being in generative AI reputed company engineering. OR A combination of IT reputed company post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience in AI, with at least six (6) months being in generative AI reputed company engineering, equivalent to a total of eight (8) years. Exposure to various software development approaches including agile and waterfall. Business process/operational knowledge (e.g., customer service, inventory management, procurement, accounting) In addition, if considering the Senior AI reputed company Engineer position, these are the minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or reputed company field AND a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in AI, with at least one (1) year being in generative AI reputed company engineering. OR A combination of IT reputed company post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience in AI, with at least one (1) year being in generative AI reputed company engineering, equivalent to a total of twelve (12) years. One (1) year experience using Power Automate or reputed company workflow technologies. Two (2) years’ experience with some the following technologies: Python, JavaScript, or C#. Exposure to various software development approaches including agile and waterfall. Business process/operational knowledge (e.g., customer service, inventory management, procurement, accounting)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or reputed company field AND eight (8) years’ experience in AI, with at least one (1) year being in generative AI reputed company engineering. Six (6) months experience creating AI-driven workflows. Certification in Power Automate or reputed company workflow technologies. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#. Position open until filled. First review of applications will take reputed company July 21st.
