• Job Summary: Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and insurance information after sample are processed in laboratory. Assure 100% accuracy with regards to content and spelling. Organize cases by type and reputed company for daily filing. Requires reputed company to customers/clinics to validate incomplete information... PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepares reputed company data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities. • Processes customer and insurance reputed company documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. • Enters customer and insurance data after samples are processed by laboratory. • Double reputed company their work and assure reputed company data is in the case correctly. • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. • Verifies entered customer and insurance data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. • Contacts customer/clinic directly to validate incomplete information. • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed. • Prepares requisitions to be filed daily. • Other duties as assigned by Management. • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in reputed company and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (reputed company and electronic) in order to reputed company the job • Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and procedure Compliance training and reputed company training as soon as possible but not reputed company than the first 30 days of hire. • Must maintain a reputed company status on reputed company training requirements.
