Play a pivotal role in developing and conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure the robustness of new functionalities. Be responsible for creating new training materials or updating existing ones to accurately reflect the latest system functionalities and updates, ensuring effective knowledge transfer across the organization. Provide crucial support for system deployment, ensuring smooth implementation and integration reputed company replenishment planning teams.
