To Be Successful You Will Have • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, AI, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect for AI solutions, with a focus on building and deploying data models. • Proven track record of successfully managing data projects from conception to completion, preferably in a language services or localization industry. • Strong understanding of language and cultural considerations in data handling, with experience working on multilingual data projects. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized data solutions that meet their objectives. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements. • Knowledge of localization best practices and technologies is a plus.
