This pivotal role involves overseeing the accurate tracking of work received, ensuring precise billing processes, and timely submission to our telecommunications clients. Responsibilities: • Monitor and track incoming work orders from telecommunications clients. • Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate job completion documentation. • Prepare and verify invoices based on completed work orders and contractual terms. • Maintain comprehensive records of billed and unbilled work orders. • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues in collaboration with internal teams and clients. • Utilize job tracking software to update project statuses and ensure accurate invoicing. • Generate regular reports on billing status and project profitability.
