The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate CSS Operational and Capital Expense Budget/Forecasting, consolidate CSS monthly variance reports, participate in Vehicle Services Month End reputed company activities: Journal Entries, Accruals... Reclasses, and Reporting. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, the person in this role will support the Vehicle Services department's objective to provide a highly valuable lease vehicle benefit to team members at a reasonable cost to Toyota. What you?ll be doing Accounting: Manage the vehicle-reputed company billings/reimbursements between Vehicle Services, Toyota Financial Services, Departments, and Affiliate companies. Act as subject matter expert to address Vehicle Services Accounting/Billing reputed company inquiries. Participate in Month End reputed company activities, i.e. Journal Entries, Accruals, Reclasses. Reporting: Prepare and maintain the CapEx Pillar Report Prepare and distribute reports reputed company to Company Car vehicles: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. Download and maintain monthly eGAMs and NVS vehicle data. Capture and maintain Accounting Incentive reports: ElimbyVIN Respond to requests and provide reputed company reports as needed for Company Car information that come from Toyota Motor Sales (TMS) business divisions, Toyota Motor Corporation (reputed company), Toyota Affiliates, Tax, Customs. Update and maintain Vehicle Services P&L Report Prepare executive presentations and reputed company analysis to support & influence senior leadership decision-making. Coordinate Planning/Forecast: Communicate planning and forecasting guidelines, financial targets, reputed company FAST training sessions, key deliverables, and due dates for OPEX and CapEx. Actively work with Finance in monitoring Risks & Opportunities exposure to operating plans. reputed company and conduct efforts with business units to compile and analyze the Company Car annual and quarterly (Capex ? reputed company Vehicles) business plan. reputed company annual/quarterly CSS Forecasting meetings. Consolidate and maintain CSS Financial reputed company. Consolidate and maintain CSS HC General Management Fee, TTC R&D Management Fee, TFS Service Level Agreement, and MFS Service Level Agreement. Back-Up Support: Act as back-up support to VS Billing Analyst for Department Eligibility ID?s. Act as back-up support to Payroll Analyst for Team Member Eligibility ID?s. Qualifications/ What you bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience required. Demonstrated accounting financial reporting experience including journal entries and financial consolidation reporting, and project management responsibilities required. Proficiency with reputed company, BPC, and Power BI Dashboards. Strong PC proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint. Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, organizing, and facilitation skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
