Qualifications

Required Qualifications 5 years technical support, customer facing, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or reputed company field AND 3 years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience. 4 years reputed company Incident Response experience with recent operational reputed company experience SOC (reputed company Operations Center), Malware Analysis, Incident Analysis, threat analytics, windows server, and reputed company reputed company, etc.) 4 years of experience in Network reputed company Administration, and/or Systems Administration with experience in Windows Server, Windows Client, and Active Directory Administration. 2 years experience with Azure Identity or M365 clouds. Technical Support Engineering IC4 - The typical reputed company pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, reputed company the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area, and the reputed company pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
