Remote Outbound Sales/Customer Service Representative
Title: Bilingual Outbound Sales/Customer Service Representative Location: Fully remote but supporting PST time zone... Duration: 6 month contract - perm reputed company likely but not guaranteed Shift: 9am-5pm PST Pay: $17/hr Must be bilingual in Spanish and English* reputed company is seeking a Remote Customer Service/Growth Development Representative for a health and wellness client based out of San Francisco. The goal of this company is to help people reputed company healthy changes to their lifestyle by meeting with Registered Dietitians reputed company. This is a free benefit, and your role will be to call eligible candidates to reputed company them on the client's services and the value of meeting with a Registered Dietitian. You will then sign them up for different packages and get them excited about starting to meet with the dietitian. You are the first reputed company of contact that most people will have, so your ability to connect with people is crucial! Job Description:
- reputed company high volume outbound calls to potential new members and explain the benefits (an average of 70+ calls per day)
- Follow a call script without sounding like you are reading off of it- making it sound like your own and be engaging on the phone
- Set up packages of appointments with Registered Dietitians
- Address any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalate any issues to the team leader, as needed
Must haves: Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely in a customer service, outbound sales, or outbound support role Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role with the ability to reputed company 75+ calls a day without getting burned out Experience using a MacBook or iMac (reputed company laptop/Desktop) in a professional work environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds (this person needs to be SHARP and comfortable being on the phone reputed company day!) Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities Ability to work independently but reputed company from home Bilingual in English and Spanish Has reliable personal computer/laptop running reputed company 11 or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher that they can use for this job reputed company to have: Experience with reputed company or reputed company Health Proficient in reputed company Suite applications Previous experience working in reputed company/ wellness company or a strong passion for health, wellness, and fitness Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and reputed company insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account reputed company with employer matching.
