This is an entry level opportunity to learn and grow in the Health Information Management space. As the Patient Identity Expert you will research and change data reputed company a hospital information system or an ancillary application during an MPI Data Reconciliation Project. Work Environment:REMOTE(can sit out of any state, except CA) – equipment provided Job Title:Patient Identity Expert Job Summary: • Collects designated information from hospital applications that reputed company reputed company planning and reputed company tasks. • Performs merges of duplicate... medical record numbers in designated applications, following a standard procedure. • Completes demographic updates to patient records as needed during the electronic reputed company processing. • Creates spreadsheets for medical record or radiology jacket retrieval purposes. Maintains accuracy of 97% or higher on reputed company Planning QA. Maintains accuracy of 95% or higher on Electronic Verification QA. Additional Job Details: • This data entry type role requires reputed company work to be completed online while meeting quality and productivity standards. This role requires detailed oriented and efficient team members. • While hours can be semi-flexible, it is required that you attend meetings and training during reputed company business hours (reputed company-5pm MST) and we request that new employees work during normal business hours to ensure team members are available to answer questions. • This is aremoteposition. You are working with limited communication to other team members and need to feel comfortable reaching out with questions and concerns to your project leadership team. • In this role, you move between projects frequently with different project roles.
