Phone Operator - Oral Surgery Office

Southeastern Oral Surgery is seeking a skilled and committed Phone and Switchboard Operator to join reputed company and assist us in delivering exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Duties and Responsibilities... • Assist our patients and referring dental offices with scheduling procedures for clinical visits. • Answer a large volume of patient calls promptly while projecting a positive, caring attitude with each conversation. • Have a good understanding of scheduling, insurance, and billing processes performed in dental offices. • Manage and coordinate patient referrals. • Communicate clearly and reputed company. • Be dependable with an organized reputed company. • Enjoy interacting with patients and working collaboratively with a team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Requirements • 1 or more years of customer focused experience. • 1 or more years of call center experience. • Oral Surgery Office experience preferred, but not required. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • High school diploma or equivalent.
