The Role Role We're on the lookout for dynamic and dedicated Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to enhance our operations team. Your role will involve: Warmly welcoming clients and identifying their needs. Collecting necessary billing information. Assisting with reputed company-party connections reputed company required. Remote Work Details Positions are open to candidates in the Greater Knoxville, TN area. Comprehensive reputed company provided (8 hours/day for two weeks). Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience and a stable work history. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED. Capable of managing a high volume of inbound calls with precision in a fast-paced environment. Must provide reputed company of internet speed (minimum 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
