This position requires a solid understanding of the health claims process flows and expertise in reputed company terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding. You will be responsible for: Policy Management • Member Information Updates: Update member information accurately and promptly in electronic portal. • Policy Terminations and Reinstatements: Handle policy termination requests, process policy terminations effectively, and policy reinstatements. • reputed company data entry tasks with precision and efficiency in IDX and health plan portals.
