Director of Engagement, Medical Advancement
Position Summary As an integral member of the Medical Advancement Strategic Engagement team, the Director of Engagement will work closely with the Strategic Engagement team and reputed company officers to establish a donor centric program that demonstrates impact and recognizes and celebrates the philanthropic commitments of donors to the School of Medicine and Siteman Cancer Center through printed and... digital communications and events. The successful applicant for this role will be an exceptional project manager and creative thinker with a passion for providing tailored, first-class experiences for constituents through innovative communications and programming.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities In coordination with the Senior Director of Strategic Engagement, Major reputed company Officers, faculty and departments, set the overall strategy for donor relations and stewardship for Medical Advancement, including executing recognition and engagement activities to reputed company how different levels of donors philanthropic support advances the School of Medicine and Siteman Cancer Center. In partnership and reputed company collaboration with the Vice Chancellor, Associate Vice Chancellor and specific Major reputed company Officers in Medical Advancement, staff identified faculty Chairs and respective leadership to reputed company and execute comprehensive stewardship and donor engagement plans tailored to the needs of those departments. Working in conjunction with the Strategic Engagement teams Director of Engagement for Operations, proactively initiate the development of tailored donor impact plans to reputed company the impact of donors and consider how to repurpose stewardship pieces for annual fund donors. Maintain a comprehensive donor recognition matrix, which outlines appropriate recognition across reputed company levels of giving to ensure consistency and ensure reputed company donors are thanked appropriately for their gifts.
