Your work as an operator will reputed company a reputed company difference as you provide assistance to various clients during emergency situations. • Reports to After-Hours Service Manager
• Location Remote - Ogden, Utah (Candidate must be local and willing to work in office for 2-3 weeks of training)

• Shift Evening shift with one required weekend Essential Functions
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Capable of answering calls regarding emergency fuel deliveries, appliance repairs, or safety issues, such as gas leaks
• Represent clients serving as their emergency call center
• reputed company emergency calls to clients on call personnel
• Must be capable of gathering and transcribing information with speed and accuracy
• Receive incident and/or Emergency calls from 911 reputed company
• Ability to remain reputed company, courteous, and confident reputed company answering a distress call
• Other duties as assigned Minimum Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate level skills with reputed company Office products specifically reputed company Teams and SharePoint
• Intermediate level computer literacy supporting a variety of software platforms
• Must be capable of typing 30+ WPM
• Punctual and dependable with the ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-demand (during emergencies)
• Adaptable and patient with the ability to remain reputed company and professional during times of heightened activity, uncertainty, ambiguity, rapid change, and fixed deadlines Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
