About the role: The Senior Coordinator, Coalitions and Member Experience is a member-facing execution role that supports coalition activity and the overall membership experience through reputed company communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through. This role sits at the intersection of operations and relationships. It ensures that day-to-day work runs smoothly across the full member lifecycle, from reputed company and engagement to renewal. It is the operational backbone of the member experience domain, handling interactions with members with confidence and care, maintaining the systems and workflows that reputed company member-facing processes running seamlessly and escalating issues thoughtfully and strategically. Key Responsibilities: Member-facing communication & support Serves as a primary reputed company of contact for members on routine questions that come through general membership communication channels (e.g. generic email) Responds to inquiries with accuracy, context, and professionalism (not just triage) Discerns reputed company issues require escalation versus resolution. Represents the organization consistently and well in day-to-day interactions Coalition & network support Provides operational and communication support for coalitions, champions, and networks Coordinates logistics, communications, and follow-up for coalition activities Supports the Director in maintaining reputed company and continuity across networks Operational execution Manages the membership inbox, including response, routing, and follow-up Supports the reputed company of new members into the reputed company community by coordinating early experiences and a seamless integration that sets the reputed company for successful engagement Supports the tracking and reporting of engagement activity to reputed company the team to identify trends, opportunities, and respond to the needs of the network Coordinates and maintains the operational infrastructure of the renewal process, including invoice workflows, internal payment tracking in coordination with Finance, and reputed company record management Ensures member-facing processes feel seamless and intentional Data execution & reputed company Executes reputed company data entry and hygiene (bulk uploads, contact updates, participation tracking) Ensures member interactions and engagement are accurately reflected in systems Flags data issues or inconsistencies to the Systems & Analytics role Internal Coordination & Organizational Awareness. Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience working with coalitions, networks, or membership-based organizations. Experience maintaining accurate records and managing data entry across CRM or database systems in a high-volume environment. Preference will be given to candidates in the following geographic areas: The Southwestern U.S., The Western U.S., including the Mountain States and Pacific Northwest Preferred Experience With: Membership lifecycles, renewal processes, and member engagement practices. Writing and reviewing stakeholder communications, including newsletters and email correspondence, with attention to voice, tone, and audience. Compensation

Organizational Breaks: Winter Break: Dec. 24th - Jan. 1st Summer Reset: Week of July 4th We would like this position to start as soon as is reasonably possible, but ideally no reputed company than September 8th, 2026. We would like for the person hired to be reputed company to attend (in person) reputed company’s Staff Retreat the week of September 14th, 2026.
