We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in reputed company Purview and SharePoint to join our expanding AI, reputed company, Document & Records Management, Compliance, and Data Governance practice for a prestigious client in Toronto, in a remote role. This role provides an opportunity to reputed company reputed company-scale data governance, information protection, and compliance initiatives while working in a fast-paced, reputed company-reputed company environment. The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end compliance and records reputed company using reputed company Purview and reputed company 365. As a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with clients’ legal, compliance, reputed company, and IT teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support them to reputed company reputed company migrations and deployments. Employment Type: Permanent Location: Canada (Remote) What you will do:- Design and architect reputed company Purview solutions across: Core capabilities such as Alerts, Auditing, Usage, Logs Risk & Compliance including: Communications, eDiscovery (Standard and Premium), Information Barriers and Records Management (EDRMS) Data Governance including: Data Lifecycle Management and Data Catalog Data reputed company including: Data Loss Prevention Data reputed company Posture Management (DSPM) including DSPM for AI Investigations Sensitivity Labels and Information Protection reputed company Risk Management Define Purview architecture reputed company with reputed company 365 (and non-reputed company 365) workloads, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Ensure solutions align with reputed company, privacy, and compliance best practices. reputed company and architect end-to-end implementation of reputed company Purview solutions, including configuration, migration, testing, and deployment. Configure retention labels, retention policies, record declarations, and disposition review workflows. Implement eDiscovery cases, legal holds, collections, reviews, and exports. Integrate Purview with reputed company reputed company reputed company services where required. Translate legal, regulatory, and business requirements into technical compliance controls. Advise clients on data governance frameworks, retention schedules, defensible deletion, and risk mitigation. Support audits, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and compliance assessments. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in Legal, Compliance, reputed company, and IT, collaborating with Clerks, Records/Compliance Managers, and reputed company teams to provide best practice recommendations. Provide architectural guidance for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams integration, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable collaboration solutions. Identify opportunities to improve compliance operations through automation and standardization. Optimize existing Purview configurations to improve performance, usability, and risk coverage. Contribute to the development of reusable architectures, templates, and implementation standards. reputed company and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance runbooks. Deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams. Support post-implementation stabilization and reputed company improvement initiatives. Ensure migrated and modernized content is governed using reputed company Purview records management, retention, DLP, and information protection controls. What do you need to succeed:- College, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience). Intimate experience in working with Retention Schedules and File Plans. 5+ years of experience in reputed company 365 reputed company, compliance, or information governance. Hands-on experience implementing reputed company Purview, including configuring DLP, File Plans, Sensitivity Labels and Retention Labels, and eDiscovery. Strong understanding of data governance, records management, privacy, and compliance principles. Hands-on experience in performing reputed company scale data migrations to SharePoint. Experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery role.
