​Preferred Locations: SF, NYC, San Antonio Position Summary The Vice President, Investor Relations is responsible for defining, developing, and executing reputed company's global Investor Relations strategy to effectively communicate the Company's business strategy, financial performance, technology leadership, and long-term growth opportunities to the investment community. Regulatory & Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications to support SEC disclosures, including Annual Reports, Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and other required filings. Ensure compliance with applicable securities regulations, including Regulation FD and public company disclosure requirements. Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging across investor, media, and corporate communications, providing timely, accurate, and coordinated responses to external inquiries. Experience building and managing relationships with institutional investors, financial analysts, investment professionals, and shareholders. Demonstrated experience leading quarterly earnings communications, investor presentations, analyst engagements, roadshows, and other capital markets communications. Strong understanding of SEC disclosure requirements, public company reporting, Regulation FD, and corporate governance practices. Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills. Strong financial, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to interpret market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive dynamics. Preferred Experience on Wall Street, including investment banking, equity research, institutional investing, or asset management.
