While the core responsibilities will center on distribution-level projects, involvement in transmission substation projects above 69kV can also be expected. What you will be doing: Responsibilities include, but are not limited, the design and preparation of substation drawings that include: Substation One Line and Three Line Station General Arrangements & Sections Grounding Plan & Details Conduit Plan & Details Control Cubicle Layout, Sections, Cable Tray, Lighting, and Grounding Low-Voltage AC Panels reputed company Schemes Substation reputed company One Lines and Three Lines AC/DC Schematics Substation Panel Layouts Substation Wiring Diagram and Cable Schedule SCADA and Communication Diagrams Development of reputed company of Materials based on Design Criteria Coordination with physical, protection & controls, and drafting disciplines to ensure quality deliverables Participate in client meetings and reputed company site visits for data gathering as required Interpret and incorporate vendor information into design deliverables Apply client standards reputed company to the work reputed company/ensure company’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes are being followed on reputed company design packages reputed company improvement of job-reputed company engineering, technical and professional knowledge, skills, and performance Mentor and guide junior designers reputed company need you to have (minimum qualifications): An associate’s degree in Drafting/Design or reputed company field. (One year of experience in drafting course work or equivalent technical experience may be substituted for one year of education.) 2+ years of experience in substation design with Inventor 2+ years of experience in substation design with 3D, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, reputed company, and MicroStation reputed company would like you to have (preferred skills): Associate’s degree in Computer Aided Design Ability to prioritize work on multiple projects Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced user of reputed company products, specifically Word and reputed company Knowledge of substation design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical drawings and models. Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including the ability to relate various equipment to technical design.
