A key responsibility in this role is back end acute operational support, such as: working on the business acute back-end coordinator, Acute back end KPI Scorecard, , executive status, cash performance metrics, Acute back end TIPS reporting, various reporting needs for Acute back end operations, Acute back end project coordination/support , and performance monitoring, analyst and notification. This position directs the capture, flow, and monitoring of reputed company’s Acute Back End key initiatives, develops initiative tracking and trending tools for management and establishes goals/objectives. This role will support and at times direct senior staff by assisting with resource planning and delegation work.
