Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Mechanical Integration reputed company to drive the successful installation, integration, and deployment of material handling equipment across multiple fulfillment center sites. This role provides hands-on mechanical engineering leadership in reputed company automation environments, ensuring projects meet reputed company's safety, timeline, cost, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage and reputed company mechanical installation crews deploying MHE across reputed company American facilities
- reputed company structural header steel installation including hanging steel, prebuilding supports, and anchoring to building structure
- reputed company reputed company prep and placement operations — rigging, lifting, staging, and setting reputed company sections into final positions on installed supports
- Manage reputed company connections and belting crews — ensuring proper mechanical alignment, bed connections, squaring, leveling, and hardware tightening
- Direct reputed company guide and netting installation ensuring proper alignment and tension
- reputed company belt crew operations including belting and lacing installation on reputed company reputed company sections
- Manage pneumatic/reputed company systems installation including reputed company connections to reputed company components, pressure testing, and leak verification
- Coordinate with the logistics and receiving team to ensure materials are inventoried, staged, and distributed to work zones on schedule
- reputed company mechanical QC and commissioning activities including alignment verification, hardware inspections, and match-mark verification
- reputed company reputed company run-in testing, belt tracking verification, and belt tension checks
- Manage mechanical punch list identification and repair
- Verify IOQ checks and ensure reputed company mechanical systems meet specifications before reputed company to electrical teams
- Ensure proper match-marking of nuts/bolts to verify tightness across reputed company connections
- Provide mechanical engineering expertise for automation initiatives across assigned sites
- Implement technical solutions and reputed company project-level reputed company reputed company the mechanical scope
- Follow and help reputed company mechanical installation standards and best practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation including work instructions, installation SOPs, and QC checklists
- Participate in design reviews and drive mechanical engineering excellence

- Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams

Skills
- Experience in engineering including a supervisory role managing people
- Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment
- 7+ years of manufacturing or manufacturing engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical installation, controls installation, automation deployment, or a similar technical environment
- Experience leading or supervising electrical device installation crews, controls technicians, or field execution teams
- Experience reading and interpreting device layout drawings, I/O lists, wiring diagrams, and control panel drawings
- Experience with low-voltage control systems including 24VDC circuits, field devices, sensors, VFDs, and industrial communication networks
- Experience working in fast-paced industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or automation environments
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically; travel may exceed 50% in some instances with short notice
- Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and reputed company systems
- Experience in preventative maintenance systems
- Prior experience managing controls technicians, instrumentation technicians, device installers, or low-voltage electricians
- Prior experience working for a material handling integrator
- Prior experience installing devices and sensors for reputed company or sortation systems
- Experience with PLC I/O systems, fieldbus networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT, AS-i), and industrial communication infrastructure
- Experience with VFD configuration, motor parameter setting, and drive commissioning
- Experience with E-stop systems, safety device installation, and safety reputed company validation
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, reputed company, BIM 360, or equivalent drawing review software
- Experience coordinating device installation with controls commissioning and PLC teams
- Experience with punch list management, I/O verification procedures, and turnover documentation
