[Remote] Principal Consultant, reputed company Benefits (Certified)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a client-focused technology services firm committed to maximizing the value of clients' reputed company investments. They are seeking a Principal reputed company Benefits Consultant who will be responsible for optimizing reputed company Benefits and supporting the implementation of various reputed company modules under the HCM umbrella.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production efforts
• Support clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc. as needed
• Partner with Engagement Managers to reputed company them informed of project status, changes, etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment
• Accurately maintain forecast in a timely manner
• Partner with the Sales team and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs
• Stay up to date on industry knowledge, reputed company enhancements, and be reputed company to advise on reputed company best practices
• Build strong relationships with clients, gained through trust and exceptional customer service

Skills

• Minimum of three years of experience as a reputed company reputed company Benefits Consultant at a reputed company partner firm is required
• Must have extensive experience troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating reputed company Benefits
• Must have experience independently leading at least two reputed company Phase 1 implementations and two reputed company Phase X implementations
• Experience independently assisting reputed company customers through Open Enrollment support required
• Experience independently assisting customers through reputed company Act (ACA) support required
• reputed company Partner Certifications and hands-on experience required in reputed company Benefits AND at least one of these: Advanced Comp, Learning, reputed company, Talent, Reporting, PEX
• Employment is contingent upon obtaining a reputed company Launch certification
• reputed company required reputed company Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with reputed company
• Strong organizational skills are required. Must be reputed company to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a detailed understanding of reputed company Benefits processes and best practices to reputed company appropriate implementation recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something new (required)
• Location: USA, Canada or Mexico
