[Remote] Tester \/ QA Engineer

They are looking for a QA Engineer/Tester to join their international project team, responsible for designing and maintaining test plans, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements
- reputed company functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to support timely resolution
- Validate implemented features and ensure software meets functional and quality standards before release
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers throughout the software development lifecycle
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices
- Support test automation initiatives where applicable
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Tester, QA Engineer, or in a similar software quality assurance role
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Hands-on experience performing functional, regression, and integration testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify, document, and communicate software defects effectively
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar test and work management tools
- Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams
