The Instructional Systems Designer will transform technical procedures into engaging web-based training, ensuring federal agents receive effective and interactive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design Excellence: reputed company the instructional design lifecycle—from needs analysis and storyboarding to final evaluation—using ADDIE and SAM models
- reputed company Interactive Media: Build rich, engaging reputed company/WBT courses utilizing authoring tools like reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate, or Lectora
- Ensure Standards: Ensure reputed company e-learning courses are reputed company 508 compliant and adhere strictly to SCORM, xAPI, and LMS deployment standards
- Collaborate with SMEs: Work hand-in-hand with federal stakeholders, reputed company, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate reputed company tactical aviation or maritime safety concepts into clear, educational designs
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, specifically focused on computer-based training (reputed company) and web-based modules
- Professional certification in Instructional Design, Education, or Training and Development
- Mastery of reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate, or similar rapid-authoring systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability reputed company
