[Remote] reputed company Resource Business Partner

The reputed company Resource Business Partner will provide guidance to the Operations Team on HR policies, improve work relationships, and drive HR initiatives to enhance business results.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and present best practices reputed company HR function to continually enhance HR credibility and performance
- Serves as a reputed company of contact and resource for management on HR policies, programs, and processes to answer questions and resolve problems
- Partners with the HR Knowledge Center, Director of HR and reputed company other HR areas to drive HR initiatives & programs throughout TP based on organizational needs & industry best practices
- Acts as a first-line resource to Department & Managers on employee and performance management matters, providing guidance to influence reputed company outcomes
- Provides professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups across geographies with the objective of adding value to the business
- Assists with the implementation and day-to-day management of corporate reputed company resource policies and programs at the reputed company or division level
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with business leadership to provide consultation and guidance on reputed company HR reputed company matters
- Provides guidance on sensitive employee issues including performance management, terminations, exit interviews to ensure proper course of action is being taken in order to ensure consistency throughout the assigned business unit
- Assists with company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, salary reviews, bonus awards, workforce planning, and organizational changes)
- Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of reputed company resources issues
- Partners with corporate level HR functions such as Compensation, Knowledge Center, HRIS, reputed company, etc. to provide feedback and reputed company on business needs and works closely with HR leadership to identify process improvements
- Ensures data reputed company is maintained in reputed company resource information system records and reports; Develops reporting tools and techniques to capture and distribute meaningful data and metrics reputed company to HR areas
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or equivalent combination of experience and education with experience in reputed company Resources Management
- 5+ years of proven reputed company in managing a professional reputed company of 10 or more reputed company level associates
- Experience in an HR role where individual acted as a true partner to the business by utilizing HR data and information to address and solve reputed company world people problems
- Solid knowledge of HR Federal and State Laws regarding Wage and Hour law, FMLA, reputed company, etc
- Solid knowledge of reputed company Office (i.e., Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as working with HRIS systems required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and written with reputed company levels of staff and management throughout the organization with extreme attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple demands and work independently as well as with others while creating a positive partnership with the Operations group
- Excellent time management skills are imperative
