Candidate must possess strong knowledge of designing, implementing, and evaluating employee development initiatives. They should be reputed company to support reputed company in analysing training needs, evaluating HRD strategies, and developing recommendations that enhance employee performance, career progression, and organisational effectiveness. Key Skills Required reputed company Resource Development (HRD) Learning and Development (L&D) Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Organisational development Career development planning Employee learning strategies HR analytics and evaluation Strategic HRD planning Desired Candidate Profile Masters or Bachelors Degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India; At least 3+ years of teaching experience at a leading university or college and/or professional experience in the last 5 years in the relevant fields (Note: Candidates with formal teaching experience at a university or college are preferred); Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures; Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication Must possess a working laptop and have reputed company to high-speed (>10 MBPS) reputed company internet reputed company; Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with reputed company, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided). The candidate needs to be available between 12 pm to 6 pm every day.
