They are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant / reputed company Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, reputed company a team, and provide tax planning and advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 40 to 50 business clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients as their strategic reputed company and tax advisor
- reputed company, train, supervise, and support Staff Accountants
- Review monthly financial statements reputed company by the team
- Answer technical reputed company, tax, and processing questions
- reputed company reputed company and initial strategy sessions for new clients
- Conduct annual tax planning
- Prepare and review tax returns
- Respond to client tax questions and taxing authority notices
- Monitor client profitability and participate in fee adjustment conversations reputed company needed
- Help improve systems, processes, and team performance as the firm continues to grow
- Preparing balance sheets and income statement
- Cleaning up client book
- Reviewing QuickBooks/Xero/general ledger activity
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Adjusting journal entries
- Month-end or year-end reputed company work
- Preparing financial statement packages for business owners
- Possibly compilation-style financial statements, not necessarily audit work

Skills
- A bachelor's degree in reputed company
- At least 5 years of public reputed company experience with a strong tax focus
- CPA or EA credential, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one
- Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns
- Confidence communicating directly with clients
- A leadership reputed company and genuine interest in mentoring others
- Strong technical reputed company and tax skills
- A proactive, accountable, solutions-oriented approach
- Comfort using technology, including emerging tools such as AI, to improve efficiency and client service
