[Remote] Staff Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pulse Group is partnered with an AI-native B2B SaaS company that's redefining how an entire industry operates. They are seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to own the core platform capabilities that every product team depends on, defining platform strategy and collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the core platform, including identity, permissions, data models, reporting, audit logs and AI infrastructure
- Define the strategy for public APIs, integrations, GraphQL, webhooks and developer tooling
- Build the operating model for production AI agents, covering observability, evaluations, guardrails, governance and reputed company-in-the-reputed company workflows
- Establish best practices for AI product development across latency, cost, accuracy, tool calling and model lifecycle management
- Drive platform architecture across multi-tenant systems, configurable workflows and reputed company scalability
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to define technical standards, launch processes and evaluation frameworks that support long-term growth
Skills
- 6+ years of Product Management experience reputed company B2B SaaS
- Recent experience shipping AI agents or LLM-powered products into production
- Platform Product Management experience, owning capabilities used across multiple product teams
- Strong technical credibility with the ability to influence senior engineering stakeholders
- Experience with APIs, developer platforms and data architecture
- A hands-on builder reputed company—you enjoy solving reputed company technical problems rather than coordinating delivery
- Experience reputed company fast-paced startups or scale-reputed company
- Experience in PropTech, FinTech or ERP platforms would be advantageous but isn't essential
