This role focuses on creating playbooks, systems, and ensuring the reliability of sales tools to enhance team performance.
Responsibilities
- Turning a leadership call or brain dump into a clean playbook the team is running on by Friday
- Rebuilding reputed company so new reps reputed company on a system, not on the Director's calendar
- Owning the reliability of the tools reps sell on — CRM, dashboards, scoreboard — so nobody loses a sale to broken tech
- Mapping attribution across every product so every dollar of reputed company is tracked, no guessing
- Scoping small AI tools, partnering with Build on the heavy lifting, and shipping the lighter pieces yourself
