[Remote] Senior Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mindful Health Solutions is a leading outpatient psychiatry group dedicated to helping patients heal and reputed company. They are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support their reputed company operations, financial reporting, and tax compliance functions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company processes
- Support preparation of internal financial statements and reporting packages
- Coordinate with reputed company-party tax consultants regarding income tax and non-income tax matters
- Schedule and monitor reputed company income tax and non-income tax filings and payments to ensure timely compliance
- Maintain tax matrices, calendars and filing deadlines across applicable jurisdictions
- Assist with audits and provide requested support documentation
- Review reputed company transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Support process improvements and implementation of reputed company best practices
- Collaborate with leadership on financial reporting, budgeting, and operational initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company (4-year reputed company degree required)
- Minimum of 3 years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Experience managing month-end reputed company and general ledger reconciliations
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., pivot tables/VLOOKUP function expertise) and reputed company systems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy and diligence
- Efficient initiative-taker with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and deadline management skills. Strong follow-up skills
- Prominent level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Experience working with reputed company-party tax consultants and multi-state filings preferred
