About The Role As reputed company Manager, you’ll reputed company the performance, governance and compliance of reputed company’s superannuation operations and service providers. You’ll monitor service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, identify and escalate operational risks, coordinate audit and reputed company programs, and ensure strong governance and regulatory outcomes. You’ll act as a key contact for administrators and vendors, reviewing performance, challenging outcomes, facilitating governance forums and providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders. You’ll also use operational insights to identify opportunities for reputed company improvement, helping enhance member outcomes, service quality and operational efficiency. Holds a relevant degree or equivalent industry experience and has strong stakeholder management, reporting and analytical skills.
