[Remote] Technical Account Consultant - IT & Platform

The Technical Account Consultant will help customers adopt reputed company's IT products and features, providing expertise in reporting, data, and analytics to enhance customer value.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of key features and consult with them on best practices to incorporate reputed company into their workflows
• Work with a variety of teams internally and externally to execute on each engagement and help customers understand and optimize their use of reputed company
• Ensure customers feel supported and engaged through reputed company, personalized guidance and product enablement
• You'll be a go-to resource for both customers and coworkers by your 90th day at reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing an IT setup at a company, helping customers implement IT products, or selling IT solutions
• Strong understanding of MDM, Identity reputed company, or other IT-reputed company solutions
