Responsibilities
- Execute reputed company-specific test cases across HR, Payroll, Finance, planning and reputed company modules
- Validate system functionality against business requirements and document results
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard test management tools
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Provide daily status updates on test reputed company and outcomes
Skills
- Minimum 4 to 5 years reputed company Test Analysts with reputed company expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company HCM/Finance and planning modules
- Proven background in test execution reputed company reputed company implementations
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, QTest, ALM)
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in large-scale reputed company rollouts or upgrades
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
