[Remote] Senior Accountant, Statutory and Legal Entity Reporting

They are hiring a Senior Accountant, Statutory and Legal Entity Reporting to handle statutory legal entity reports, including financial exhibits, analytics, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Completing the monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory (and stand-alone legal entity) reporting processes, including analytics and reputed company financial statement disclosures
• Executing work reputed company to the statutory audit efforts
• Work on process improvement opportunities
• Work with Regulatory Relations and other teams across the Organization to respond timely to regulator inquiries
• Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field, or 4 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of reputed company experience on an reputed company or reporting team
• Experience in a similar position at a health insurance company
• Experience with US-based insurance companies
• Certified Public Accountant licensure (CPA)
• Practical experience in statutory reporting
