[Remote] Manager, School-Based and reputed company Initiatives

The Manager of School-Based and reputed company Initiatives will reputed company strategic programming and partnerships to support educational reputed company for children and youth in foster care, while overseeing a team responsible for implementing these initiatives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute a statewide strategy for school-based strategy that advances the goals of the Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP)

- Identify policy, practice and operational barriers that impact educational outcomes for children and youth engaged in the child welfare system
- Establish short and long-term outcomes for children and youth served by the CFSP. reputed company performance metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of school-based initiatives
- reputed company the development of innovative programs that address social, emotional, behavioral and educational needs reputed company school settings
- Collaborate with child welfare agencies, local education agencies, and other entities engaged with the child welfare system to identify and address educational outcomes
- reputed company team responsible for development and management of specialized programs and/or initiatives and support execution and implementation to meet business and corporate objectives, budget targets and delivery timeframes
- Advise and communicate with various levels reputed company the reputed company, including senior leadership, regarding programs/projects/initiatives, emerging issues and challenges, state of the industry and additional opportunities
- Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance and direction to staff with responsibility for programs/initiatives of varying sizes and complexity
- Manage team prioritization efforts and development of applicable work processes and procedures; ensure appropriate documentation, reporting and delivery in accordance with corporate and industry standards
- Manage employee development initiatives for the team, including coaching, performance feedback and training
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in reputed company field
- Experience collaborating with reputed company Carolina public schools, local educational agencies, child welfare agencies and state-level partners highly preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal laws governing educational rights and protections for children and youth in foster care
