Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company a strong product function with clear standards, ownership, and accountability across Product Owners
- Ensure product work is reputed company before it reaches Engineering, including discovery, requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and readiness

- Experience managing software, platform, or technology-enabled product work from idea through release, with responsibility for successful delivery across stakeholders
- Experience building operating discipline through clearer process, documentation, tools, accountability, or operating rhythms
- Strong product and business judgment, with experience prioritizing work based on customer value, operational impact, efficiency, reputed company, ROI, or other measurable outcomes
- Experience working with LMS or compliance-driven platforms
- Experience in a regulated or operationally reputed company environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and documentation
