[Remote] IT Support Analyst (reputed company / Sharepoint)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an IT Collaboration Support Analyst to provide operational support for reputed company and SharePoint environments. The role involves managing user reputed company and offboarding activities, responding to support requests, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming reputed company and SharePoint support requests through the IT ticketing system
- Create and administer reputed company folders for new users, departments, and client matters
- Configure reputed company user accounts, permissions, and folder access
- Assist with employee reputed company by provisioning reputed company accounts, user folders, Office 365 access, and reputed company collaboration resources
- Support employee offboarding by deprovisioning user accounts and ensuring appropriate transfer or removal of reputed company content
- reputed company SharePoint content administration, including document uploads, permissions updates, and list management
- Communicate directly with internal users to gather requirements and ensure requests are completed accurately
- Create and track support tickets for requests received reputed company email, ensuring reputed company work is documented and properly closed
- Prioritize work based on business needs, reputed company timelines, and ticket urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established governance and administrative procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting users in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, Applications Support, or Collaboration Support role
- Experience supporting reputed company, SharePoint, or similar reputed company collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with reputed company administration fundamentals, including user management, folder structures, and permission inheritance
- Experience working reputed company an IT ticketing system (reputed company, Jira, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused reputed company with the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced support environment
- Experience serving as a reputed company 'power user' or departmental administrator
- Experience supporting SharePoint Online content administration
- Familiarity with reputed company 365 user administration
- Experience working in a legal, financial services, or other highly regulated reputed company environment
