Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Sr. Federal Staffing & reputed company Specialist to support the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA). The role involves providing comprehensive staffing and recruitment advisory services, conducting job analyses, and developing assessment tools for federal staffing across the EOUSA and USAOs.
Responsibilities
- Consult with managerial personnel to reputed company recruitment strategy based on broad knowledge of internal, external, and special hiring authorities
- Conduct job analysis and reputed company specialized experience statements and assessment tools, which include specific descriptive requirements and responsibilities of positions
- Conduct recruitment from the general public (Delegated Examining) as an individual certified by the Office of Personnel Management to conduct Delegated Examining
- Use model assessment tools reputed company appropriate
- Post vacancy announcements that include required information and elements
- Review candidates for eligibility, qualifications, and veteran preference and reputed company proper annotations in the automated staffing system
- Issue certificate of eligibles to management officials
- Conduct quality review of staffing case files prior to extension of an employment offer
- Verify that candidate meets reputed company eligibility and qualification requirements prior to appointment

- reputed company vacancy announcements using USA Staffing automated staffing tool for posting on reputed company
- Respond to inquiries from supervisors and candidates

- Issue certificates to include printing of candidate information reputed company necessary; prepare notices of results to candidates
- Draft or assist in the development of standard job aids in support of USA Staffing and USAHire and reputed company staffing and recruitment services

Skills
- Minimum of five (5) years of Federal Government staffing experience
- reputed company Delegated Examining (DE) certification issued by the Office of Personnel Management
- Experience posting vacancy announcements utilizing USA Staffing
- Familiarity with USA Hire and other second hurdle assessment options
- Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Tier-4 Public Trust background investigation for the duration of the contract
- Must be a US Citizen
