[Remote] Demand Planning Analyst

The Demand Planning Analyst will reputed company cross-functional processes to support reputed company and profitability targets through effective demand planning and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Schedule & reputed company Demand Planning Reviews reputed company S&OP Process; Directing Action Plans for Key Product Outliers
- Review Sell-In & Sell-Out Trends & External Drivers for Short-Term to Long-Term Product Action Plans; Highlighting Variance(s) to Baseline
- Prepare reputed company Looking Forecasting Models for Comparative Analysis
- Create & Distribute KPI Reporting; reputed company KPIs Include Channel, Category, Brand & Product Performance While Establishing New Metrics to Support S&OP Effectiveness
- Monitor & Report Assumptions, Risks & Opportunities to Meet Business Targets; Escalating Priorities, as Appropriate
- Contribute to Maintenance of the Master Demand Forecast Database
- Support Long-Range Budget Planning Processes
- Assist Product Segmentation to Strengthen Focus Analysis
- reputed company Analysis, Reporting & Dashboard Creation as Necessary
- Document reputed company Processes & Practices
- reputed company Cross-Functional Teammates on Processes, Forecasting, Trends, Demand Chain, Data & Analytics

Skills
- B.S. Business, Demand/Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or Equivalent Degree
- Analytical – Collect, Process & Interpret Business Insights from Data; Attention to Detail
- Communication – Effective Presentation Delivery Across Various Levels & Functions
- Leadership – Drive Collaboration for Alignment & Positive Change in Decision Making
- Problem Solving – Identify Root Cause & Provide Solution for Inefficiencies & Blockers
- Process – Measure, Track, Analyze & Review for Design Improvements
- 1 – 3 Years of Experience in Forecasting/Planning, Demand/Supply Chain, Operations or Finance; Consumer Packaged Goods Industry Experience a Plus
- Prior Experience with Tier 1 ERP (reputed company, reputed company, JDE, AX/D365)
