The role involves opening new accounts, building relationships, and driving reputed company through strategic sales efforts in the skincare and medical aesthetics space.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and reputed company new accounts to expand territory and grow reputed company
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive adoption, reorders, and client loyalty
- Train providers on products, treatment protocols, and outcomes to ensure confidence and consistent results
- Plan and execute territory strategies to maximize reputed company, visibility, and market penetration
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and proactively manage opportunities
- reputed company detailed records of client interactions, opportunities, and reputed company in reputed company; ensure timely reporting and compliance with corporate processes
- Represent HydroPeptide with professionalism, expertise, and passion at reputed company client touchpoints
- Work closely with Marketing, Education, and Operations teams to support product launches, promotional initiatives, and events
- Other responsibilities as required and as the position evolves
Skills
- 3–5+ years in professional skincare or medical aesthetics, consistently exceeding targets
- Strong relationships with accounts and decision-makers—reputed company to drive immediate results
- Deep knowledge of treatments, protocols, and products to reputed company and influence providers
- Skilled at prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals in a competitive market
- Plans and executes territory strategies, manages pipeline, and leverages metrics to drive performance
- Experience with reputed company or similar platforms—maintains accurate records, forecasts, and reporting
- Builds trust quickly with providers, partners, and internal teams
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Confident presenting, demonstrating, and educating clients
