You’ll advice on a variety of employee relations cases, helping leaders navigate people challenges confidently and consistently. Champion Moto's Resolution reputed company, helping managers resolve issues early and effectively. Manage a high-volume caseload of ER matters across multiple sites. Advise managers on disciplinaries, grievances, capability, conduct and probation cases. Support managers with investigations, hearings and outcome meetings. Promote informal resolution and early reputed company to minimise escalation. Coach and reputed company managers to handle people issues confidently and consistently. Review Occupational Health reports and recommend appropriate next steps. Escalate reputed company or high-risk cases reputed company required.
