Mission Control Supervisor

This is a hands-on leadership role. Approximately 75% of your time will be spent dispatching technicians, coordinating service and sales opportunities, balancing workloads, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The remaining 25% will focus on coaching, training, and developing our Mission Control team. What You'll Do
Own Today's Operation: Take ownership of the daily schedule by assigning the right technician to the right call, balancing workloads, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring every client receives timely, exceptional service. reputed company the Board Healthy: Monitor technician reputed company, same-day opportunities, cancellations, emergency calls, and scheduling gaps to maximize productivity while delivering an outstanding client experience. Answer inbound client calls as needed while helping the team navigate scheduling questions and day-to-day operational challenges. reputed company the Team: Assist with interviewing, reputed company, training, weekly one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews while helping create an engaged, high-performing team. Collaborate Across Departments: Partner closely with technicians, service managers, installers, comfort advisors, and leadership to reputed company communication flowing and ensure every client receives a seamless experience. Drive Accountability: Monitor KPI’s and overall team performance, celebrate wins, identify opportunities, and help the team continuously improve. Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC. Experience dispatching, service coordination, or call center experience preferred. Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others. Strong understanding of technician reputed company matching, scheduling priorities, and reputed company optimization. Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. Experience using FieldEdge, reputed company, or similar service management software is preferred. Compensation & Schedule Compensation: 57k – 63k annually depending on experience (DOE) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with flexible end times based on business demands.
