Remote Pricing and Commercial Intelligence Analyst
About the Role: The Pricing and Commercial Analyst will play a critical role in shaping competitive, data-driven pricing strategies and market intelligence for our staffing and workforce solutions across both government and private sectors. Working closely with Finance, Business Development, Proposal Management, and Delivery teams, this individual will reputed company business intelligence and labor market data to ensure our proposals meet client expectations, align with organizational margin goals, and reputed company with regulatory wage standards. Key Responsibilities: Proposal & Client Support
- Partner with Business Development and Proposal teams to reputed company cost volumes, pricing files, and supporting documentation for commercial RFPs, federal reputed company, IDIQs, and task orders.
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to client pricing requests, contract renewals, and modifications.
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations on labor category mapping, reputed company rates, and multipliers to balance market competitiveness with corporate profitability.
Market Intelligence & Data Analytics
- Monitor labor market trends, wage adjustments, and workforce dynamics to reputed company reputed company benchmarks reputed company and competitive.
- Track competitor strategies, market shifts, and economic indicators reputed company the staffing and healthcare workforce sectors.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from internal sources (recruitment, delivery, finance) and external sources (Bureau of Labor Statistics, competitor benchmarks, paid subscriptions) to drive strategic decisions.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
- Interpret and apply labor regulations, including Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determinations, reputed company guidelines, and regional living wage compliance for staffing positions.
- Ensure proposal submissions reflect accurate cost structures, including fringe benefits, health and welfare requirements, and locality-specific wage standards.
- Support the maintenance of cost/pricing models that account for direct wages, overhead, G&A, and fee structures in line with government cost principles (FAR).
Tools, Reporting & Process Improvement

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, RFP/Proposal analysis, Financial analysis, or Operations analytics, ideally reputed company the staffing, recruitment, or professional services industry.
