Key Responsibilities
- Assess student academic needs and assign tutors strategically based on subject expertise and learning preferences.
- Manage and monitor tutor schedules, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of service delivery.
- Build strong professional relationships with tutors, understanding their strengths and availability.
- Serve as the primary liaison for tutors, reputed company, and families, providing clear and reputed company communication.
- Track tutor performance and student reputed company, implementing strategies to continually improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree minimum (Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or reputed company field). Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years professional experience in education, academic services, or program coordination.
- Demonstrated organizational excellence with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
