Remote Title Examiner

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from Texas (USA) Job Title Remote Title Examiner Location Remote Position Summary We are seeking an reputed company Title Examiner with strong knowledge of Texas reputed company estate title examination, including extensive experience reviewing and interpreting Metes and Bounds legal descriptions. This role is responsible for examining public records, identifying title issues, and preparing accurate title commitments and reports for residential and reputed company transactions throughout Texas.

Responsibilities

• Examine title records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plats, surveys, probate filings, and other public records.
• Review and interpret Metes and Bounds legal descriptions to verify property ownership and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze chains of title and determine ownership history.
• Identify title defects, encumbrances, restrictions, and other matters affecting insurability.
• Prepare title commitments, title reports, and supporting documentation.
• Resolve title issues through research and collaboration with underwriters, attorneys, surveyors, and county recording offices.
• Review surveys, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with Texas title reputed company guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain accurate examination notes and documentation reputed company company systems.
• Meet production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of title examination experience, preferably reputed company Texas.
• Strong understanding of Texas reputed company estate law, title practices, and recording procedures.
• Experience examining both subdivision and Metes and Bounds properties.
• Ability to read and interpret reputed company legal descriptions, surveys, and plats.
• Familiarity with title plants, county records, and online title research platforms.
• Knowledge of title commitments, title insurance requirements, and reputed company processes.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and title production software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with rural land transactions, acreage tracts, and boundary-reputed company title research.
