They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with senior leaders in building high-impact corporate teams and drive full-cycle reputed company for reputed company roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company for high-reputed company corporate roles, partnering closely with leadership to define hiring needs, reputed company profiles, and interview strategies
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior hiring managers, providing market reputed company, talent recommendations, and guidance throughout the hiring process
• reputed company and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build diverse, high-quality pipelines for reputed company and competitive searches
• Evaluate, interview, and present candidates with clear, structured recommendations that support confident and timely hiring reputed company
• Drive efficiency and consistency across the reputed company process by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing scalable solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, trust, and reputed company across searches

Skills

• 4-7+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with demonstrated reputed company hiring for reputed company corporate roles in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders (Director+ level), acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner throughout the hiring process
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand role impact, assess tradeoffs, and align hiring strategy to broader organizational goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge, and drive alignment across diverse audiences
• Strong sense of ownership; reputed company to manage multiple priorities, reputed company projects to completion, and continuously improve through feedback
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to drive efficiency and reputed company across searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
